Recognized affordable luxury concierge service is looking for its Director of Marketing in Remote (Colombia) who is a hands-on growth marketer focused on execution and funnel performance.

• Growth Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase qualified leads by at least 20% annually.

• Multi-Channel Management: Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and an extensive library of 150+ SEO blog posts.

• Conversion & Automation: Oversee website performance on WordPress and build automated email workflows within HubSpot.

To fully succeed in this position, it is very important that you have these characteristics:

¿What should you have beforehand?

• Proven Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing or growth marketing.

• Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with SEO, paid media (Google/Meta), and lead generation.

• Tool Proficiency: Practical experience managing HubSpot CRM and WordPress websites.

• Leadership Skills: Previous experience managing small marketing teams.
